Anurag developed our patented refrigeration technology – GreenCHILL™.As Co-founder and product innovation architect, Anurag has built and led high-performing teams to deliver exceptional products. He spearheads R&D to innovate and expand our product portfolio, and he champions quality assurance to deliver exceptional products.
With over 40 years of industry experience in management and engineering, Anurag has worked with the world's largest Mechanical Engineering companies including Bosch Rexroth, Parker Hannifin, Eaton Corp. Anurag holds a B. Tech (IIT Kanpur, 1982), an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Tennessee Tech University, 1984).

Dr Rao assists in governance and financial processes and fosters synergies across industries. He helps leverage financing schemes for customers in the agri-sector.
Dr. Rao retired as National Head of Rural Lending Operations & Customer Service Department, Axis Bank, with 40 years of experience in the Agriculture Industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Rural management.

Ashish assists in the global expansion of our business by fostering synergies within the refrigeration and biomass supply chain industries for strategic partnerships and to build high-performance teams.
Ashish has over 33 years of extensive global experience in the energy and environment sector for heating, cooling, and decentralised power and tri-generation solutions. With over 31 years of his career with Thermax Ltd, he is a certified professional in Carbon Footprint, Lifecycle assessment, Sustainable Waste Management, as well as a Certified Gas Business Management professional. Ashish holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Walchand College of Engineering), Accelerated General Management Programme, Business Strategy, Operations & Planning, Marketing & Sales, Financials, HRM (Indian School of Business).

Sagar drives marketing strategies and implementation at New Leaf, along with assisting in proposal development, building a value-added services portfolio, cultivating diverse partnerships, and fostering a high-performing team.
Sagar has over six years of experience in driving various rural and alternative energy-focused social business models.
He holds a P.G. degree in Social Entrepreneurship (Tata Institute of Social Sciences & Access Livelihoods).
